WV to Hold Hearings on Stormwater, E&S Permits for ACP
The West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection has announced public hearings later next week to consider stormwater and sediment control permits for the Atlantic Coast Pipeline. The hearings will be on December 18 in Buckhannon and December 21 in Dunmore.
